Cervus UK gives a tour of his new H&H chiller, looks fantastic
Thats a benefit of Italmodular system I have in my chiller, its a complete circuit
By no mean the cheapest out there but like you said. Absolutely no regrets here. My 7 year old can now shift 80+ kg fallow around in the chiller with ease. Mine extends through an opening above the door so its literally winched onto it and away I go.Made my eyes water paying for ItalModular rail system but I've never regretted it!
Given that you deal with a lot of reds I bet your back thanks you for the investmentMade my eyes water paying for ItalModular rail system but I've never regretted it!
had a word with them last week but they cant help me.I think Game Cooling System UK Ltd are what you are thinking of.
IF you are thinking of a more custom set up then give the team @Game Larder a shout as they do a self build chiller of different standard sizes but can also work with you if you wanted a custom set up.
yes, the italmodular rail is great. The rail in the H&H chiller isnt tall enough for reds, especially when you add in a gambrel.Decent bit of kit and definetely fit the requirements of some. I am not keen on the rail just stopping. Not too much of an issue if you are just dealing with small deer but certainly a consideration if you are looking at processing fallow or red as to how you would get your carcasses out without having to move everything out the way or lift them off.
Thats a benefit of Italmodular system I have in my chiller, its a complete circuit with a two way switch fitted meaning I can get any carcass I want out of the chiller for processing with very minimal effort.
tried googling his name and chiller but nothing comes up!Think about the question. If he makes them then !¡!!!!!!!
