I use nikwax and it seems to do the trick. Put plenty on the laces and tongue area.

Neatsfoot oil or Mink oil should do the trick. KY jelly..... thats what you put on the xmas turkey ain't it .....!

Sometimes changing the footbeds work. I had some footbedsthat squeaked a lot. Only knew it was them because I replaced the old dead ones and the squeak started straight away.
