Might be worth stipulating the sort of image format(s) that are allowed. Some types of graphic files can be massive.

Yes and no. In Classifieds on my MacBook I now get the "drop image or click here" which then gives me the file directory/finder window.

In Messages however, I still get the insert URL request box. We never used to be able to send images with PMs, but I did have reason to try a few times, so for me it would be a useful addition.

I didn't tend to look past the first page of new posts with the old system. Now that the page is clogged up with classifieds, I have a look at the second page, but not much further. Is the number of 'hits' being affected?

I like that, but, could you not have/add a new option under 'Forums,Find threads:Excluding classifieds' which is already programmed to exclude ?

Any idea why I have to log in every time from an ipad? Have allowed cookies, have cliced the 'stay logged in' but after a few hours away I have to log in again.....

Try checking whether you come via an out of date shortcut on your iPad, if so delete it, come from The Stalking Directory and save a new shortcut

Check whether it always logs you off at one particular thread. There has been a couple of threads that had old time information. If you tell me I will check and update.

A bit more drastic, you can try deleting your History and Website data. Be warned that it probably will ask you for your login again the first time.

That's interesting ... have just logged into the group on my laptop which is WIN10 normally I use my WIN7 pc .... the laptop has Firefox 63.03 i'll check the pc later

Yup, WIN7 with the same browser, no spell checker
