The E10 has a bit of spill, and being LED rather than the W10's LEP, the throw isn't so far, but is certainly worth the £50 or so asked, I'd say touching 300M +, and easily bright enough to pick up eyeshine.
The LEP W10 is better suited to thermal spotting, the light will fill the fov of the scope, but little else, it is not the tool for spotting with.
You don't get them in IR, so not the same application, SE.
