New LEP torches

I'm currently using a laser genetics nd3 50 along with a clulite for spotting foxes. Has anyone seen the new LEP torches that can give any information on them? Acebeam w30 seems to be a big contender has anyone any hands on experience?

W10 is the business, half the weight and bulk even of the typical smaller new torches:

Shown with a Solaris SRX (right). Can get rat tail switch also for W10

Knocks the spots off all LED lights, but if you want LED:

Acebeam E10, milled the knurled section down to 30mm, 186g with the mount: light-fantastic (not LEP level, but a hell of a thrower); their L17 is also a very good thrower with the green pill, also rat tail switch available, but LEP is king by a country mile for sure. Minimal disturbance, no spill to spook. Still got my Sub Zero, looks like a tanker ship by comparison, lol:

What sort of distance are you getting with the acebeam e10 and how do you find the beam pattern compared to the sub zero. I find that you need a second lamp for spotting as the laser is that tight of a beam its hard to find the quarry.

The E10 has a bit of spill, and being LED rather than the W10's LEP, the throw isn't so far, but is certainly worth the £50 or so asked, I'd say touching 300M +, and easily bright enough to pick up eyeshine.

The LEP W10 is better suited to thermal spotting, the light will fill the fov of the scope, but little else, it is not the tool for spotting with.

You don't get them in IR, so not the same application, SE.

No secret, they were first available acoupke years ago in HK, via ebay, also Yowcha in Hull uk had them, I think the new Gen 2 ones are due in Feb; Nkon in the Netherlands may already have them also. Cz &Pl have the remote switches, as do the US.

If you type acebeam into the good old WWW. You'll get plenty of places to buy them, that was the first site I came on I'm sure you'll find more.
