Not Looking Like 21 For Big Unlock

Government CDC web site Q and A answer to “ I have had CV19 and recovered should I still get vaccinated“

Yes, you should be vaccinated regardless of whether you already had COVID-19. That’s because experts do not yet know how long you are protected from getting sick again after recovering from COVID-19. Even if you have already recovered from COVID-19, it is possible—although rare—that you could be infected with the virus that causes COVID-19 again. Studies have shown that vaccination provides a strong boost in protection in people who have recovered from COVID-19. Learn more about why getting vaccinated is a safer way to build protection than getting infected.
And yet, ‘experts‘ too acknowledge the persistence of SARS (1) autoimmune response in those who were infected some 17 years and counting after that particular outbreak. 🤔

They do not know how long natural antibodies protect you but they expertly know how long their cooked up jab response does. Excellent almost as convincing as the quarter of people who died from the delta variant at one point having had already two jabs.

Total make it up as they go along shysters simultaneously lining the pockets of big pharma and themselves with all this consulting work they have racked up. Heaven forbid they say nah it’s over lads let’s all get back to normal and you can stop paying me….
Great fact based response, clearly we should all be following your advice

As hunting folk do we not see exactly what’s in play here .Survival of the fittest surely .Let it play out ,do the planet a favour ,restructure the NHS and move on .Getting very tiresome now in my eyes .

I think a sample size of 2 from a population size of circa 68 million or 40+ million who have been vaccinated would be described as statistically insignificant. There are plenty of facts around that show that even if you have had the virus you should still be vaccinated
On the basis that only 72 people worldwide have been confirmed as catching COVID twice? Who came up with the idea of vaccinating against a disease that you have already successfully recovered from? Please cite your evidence!

That's pure conjecture based on "what experts do not yet know" - how about some bona-fide evidence from properly conducted peer reviewed scientific studies instead? One of the most damaging aspects of COVID is the excessive scaremongering emanating from the CMO and his chums, it's very irresponsible and damaging to the mental health, morale and financial well being of the nation.

It’s all a bit confusing, what with different experts commenting on different outlooks: some top US experts commenting on what their Japanese counterparts have observed:

We don’t have a shortage of vaccine, back to my original point, the unlock is based on the millions of people who came forward to be vaccinated, your contribution to that effort was zero
The rest of the world does. People who are actually vulnerable are dying by the thousands because of the dangerous policy of trying get everyone in this country vaccinated even when they don't need it. There is no other description for a policy of vaccinating healthy or recovered people under 40 or 50, which involves withholding the vaccine from over 70s and the I'll in other countries.
Perhaps you hadn't considered that your contribution might have been...not zero, but minus one?

They're not facts, they're opinions. And essentially, they don't take into account the fact that the vaccine is in short supply globally. Once all the vulnerable are jabbed, then by all means crack on.
We're busy stuffing million of people with vaccine against a disease which is extremely unlikely to hospitalise them, instead of exporting it to people who are very likely to die.
The argument is to defend us against new variants, but that assumes our borders are sealed, which they obviously are not.

Yet more conjecture with no evidence. you seem to have a problem with experts if the government use them

They are facts you just don’t agree with them its that simple

I quite liked Amber Rudd. Seemed the sort of girl who would have been good at lacrosse.
But unfortunately not good at being a Home Secretary...although with a staff of such world-class incompetent cretins as the Home Office, success is impossible.

No. They're opinions, which ignore the important facts - that a dose of vaccine is better used on an old or vulnerable person than a person who is at no significant risk. That is precisely why national vaccine programmes have been rolled out from the most vulnerable first...to the least.

No you keep giving opinions and conjecture, the government is working from facts and experts that again you don’t agree with plus this is our first exposure to a world pandemic since 1918 and so they are making decisions as they go along. I am sure your invitation to join SAGE will be sent soon

I think it’s absolutely quite clear from their lack of joined up thinking that there’s not a single government in the world working from fact at this point in time. Partly because they don’t have all the facts given it’s relatively recent introduction to society and partly because they are ****ing idiots with an agenda ie not get fired because too many of the blue rinse brigade snuffed it…

Great use of facts, science and English in your reply

No, I have a problem with so-called experts who divert from the path of evidence based advice in favour of conjecture based on what they don't know!
