O2 VISHING CALL

Just had a call from O2 from 07831 838961 offering to replace my v4 sim card with a v5 sim card. For which they need my email address. I ended the call without giving that and contacted O2 who confirmed that any call from O2 Customer Service would begin with 08 and so this was a vishing call.

I dont answer any calls on my personal mobile unless the number is saved or I'm expecting someone to call. EE is pretty good at guessing if it's a scam call when it's ringing
