Just got mine after my meindls leaked(?!)....excellent service over New Year. Looking forward to wearing them....as Rob arranged for them to be sent direct from the importer I shall have to buy some Nikwax Leather cream!

I have been wearing mine for coming up to three years. I have worn them in one of the wettest areas of Britain, i have tried others while being ok have all leaked on the second day of saturation. As others have said they are like wearing your best slippers i find mine more comfortable than air. I’m no pro stalker but i wear them most weekends and there still going strong. The best stalking investment i have made.

Good point on the date of the post EMcC - we have had price increases since 2016 so when this has happened we amended the opening post pricing accordingly (and will amend going forward as no doubt we will get notice of price increases which we unfortunately have to pass on... ).

Since our post last week we have had to make a difficult decision to implement a price increase at the end of this month.

As yet we have not decided on the actual % increase but will communicate asap.

Lowa's market share of the Field Sport's sector increased dramatically during 2018 in the UK & Europe (maybe partly due to our PR and endorsements from happy customers on the SD forum ) so as a consequence Lowa Europe are looking to establish a more consistent price point and distribution base to help further the brand's market objectives.

The current pricing will be honoured until the end of this month, then unfortunately as stated above we will have to implement a price increase.

I have small feet and used to suffer from circulation and had to wear very thick socks back in the day when I used to wear another well known brand (M...…), however the Lowa Hunter's have an insulation layer called Primaloft (developed in the 80's for the US army) normal socks & I haven't suffered from cold feet since. Also worth mentioning that I wear mine all year round and don't find them uncomfortable in the summer months.

Hi all

Just to confirm as mention in a previous post unfortunately we will have to implement a price increase on Lowa boots from the 1st February (other products unaffected).

Our website pricing has already been increased to £237.95 (equates to a 5% increase), however the forum rate of £224.95 will still apply until this Thursday.

The new forum rate from Friday will be £232.95 and will still include the FOC Nikwax leather cream.

Many thanks to all who have purchased in December/January - demand has been fantastic & has been acknowledged by the guys at Lowa UK.
