Personally if it were me I would not charge unless you have the appropriate insurance designed for taking out paying clients on a purely commercial basis, if something goes wrong and they reach for their lawyer and you don’t have said insurance you could be in deep do do.

If it’s a morning stalk go for a full English afterwards with them paying. If an evening stalk then a meal and a drink at the local pub with them paying.

Keep it simple avoid the potential hassle.

This isn't an objective question (i.e. what should a guest pay in Hampshire), its specific to your situation (how much should I charge for 2 guests to join me). Personally, I'd say £150 including the use of your rifle and bullets - they won't be firing that many, after all.

Your NGO insurance will cover it. Ignore all those who are repeating advice from eons ago about what different membership insurance doesn't cover - nobody seems to keep up with what is actually being offered today (I posted this week in the Legal section on this subject).

I see my outing fees as covering my time so are the same whether 1 or 2 people are out with me- also non shooting guests for the same money when you have one guest and an observer. I’d say £120 for 3/4 hours is about spot on. Much more than 2 in the party starts to become cumbersome and is best avoided if possible

Keen to help a friend and take out two of his work clients stalking. They are after the experience not a trophy or venison so be cull roe bucks and or munities down here in Hampshire.

They are keen to pay and looking on here £100 to £120 per 2-3 hour stalk, am or pm, seems the normal? They want to experience the stalk together so should I charge both or they just pay once for the stalk and share? During the stalk both should get the opp of a shoot. Keen to do the right thing!

They have shot before but that will be checked on a target using my zeroed rifle and ammo, assume I charge for that too?

I have taken out people occasionally before but never charged. Appreciate any advice on what to charge. Thanks.

Once you charge you have to do certain things ( like get some commercial stalking insurance for yourself ) .
