Pard nv800 adjustable mounts

Hi all. I'm the proud owner of a pard nv800 lrf scope. I've got it zeroed at 100 yards but the cross is well over to the left. Do any of you know of a cheap fix. Can I shim the mount and if so which side of the mount do I shim. Or a adjustable weaver rail. That's not silly money.

I use a 008 as well, shimming for drop is easy cos of the rail under neath but windage will be a pain as you'd have to pack the weaver rail at the back right side to get it to point at your impact!
but you need to be sure your scope is parallel to the bore of your riffle or you'll be getting crossover
