Parker hale cleaning rod

I’ve been given two full length Parker hale cleaning rods by a guy who used to shoot. How do I know if they’ll fit my .270?
I know one is for a .22 centre fire but not sure about the other. It’s yellow coated with swivel handle on top. Is there a certain thickness or a stamp anywhere? Don’t want to risk using them until I know they’re ok Incase they damage my barrel.

I think the yellow is .30 cal and the grey .22 - .27 pretty sure that’s right but happy to be corrected.

The yellow rod is fine with .270 but it would be too large for .243. Remember to use the correct size .270 jag.
I couldn't remember the colours exactly but I've just found this Rifle & Pistol Rods.

My yellow PH rod was bought as a 30 cal rod probably twenty years ago. It barely fits in my 270. I mentioned it at a gunshop and was told some fit some don’t. Not sure if when it was made matters.

I couldn't be absolutely certain of my memory so I have just looked at my Parker Hale cleaning rods and jags and confirmed it by measuring.

The grey rod with the red handle goes from .22 up to 6mm (.243) when used with the correct jags.

The yellow rod with the black handle goes from 6.5mm up to whatever the largest jag size is. I've got a .375" jag but I think Parker Hale may possibly have even produced larger jags. After all they did offer their Africa model in calibres up to .505 Jeffrey at one time if I remember correctly.
