David Stretton makes one which is a reground butchers knife. Excellent but needs to be respected I think he trades as Donnington Deer Mgt.

With the smallest of deer in the uk, muntjac bucks seem/do to have the biggest bladder...
Try to get it out when it is full to the brim with out nicking it is a job for a small handed surgeon.

For muntys I use forefinger and thumb only, then gently pull in a circular motion. No spills yet...

Axminster tools folding japanese saw. Cheap, sharp, good. Blunt it a little on some branches first. Or buy a replacement finer tooth blade

Opinel folding saw - not dishwasher proof...

And also used outdoor edge folding saw (v good but keep mislaying it).

Also handy for nipping off the odd branch obstruction in shooting lanes
