Need some ideas , or is there such things available?

Have a site now that I have to remove guts as well as carcass.

Are you planning on leaving the incinerator at the ground?

Surely an incinerator would be as much of a pain, you’d still have to empty the ash out and deal with it.

Fair enough, I can’t see how it’s any different to getting rid of a bag of guts but there you go!

I think you might be surprised how much gas you’re going to need to incinerate your gralloch…

I stalked a farm about 20 years ago where they had an incinerator for dealing with dead stock (pigs) & was used for the grallochs as the land owner insisted nothing left in situ. It had its own propane tanks that got filled by a tanker!

I'd be ditching that ground, to be honest. Gralloch is usually gone within a few days, but if the owner is that bothered about it I'd be pretty confident you'll have folk around who'll just get in the way and cause you issues

I understand the reasons.

It’s a minor inconvenience.

you know what ground can be like to get and how easily it’s also lost.

I’m not saying there isn’t reasons to give up ground or indeed not take it on.

To do that here would be daft.

Where is your nearest Cat 3 contractor / fallen stock collector?

Have similar issue on one site

Extract empty gralloch in secure and sturdy bags that can be tied

Freeze - have fallen stock collect when freezer is full

Easier than disposal via flame or burial

If you have space for an incinerator, you could employ a large chest freezer if power available?
