Posting photos

At the risk of repetition, is there a simple way of attaching a photo. I use a Mac and when I click on add image icon, I can select a photo but thats it. I was gong to add some of some extreme TB cases.

press cmd and just click on a second photo it will ring it ,think thats what you mean .
the photos are stored in your i photos i assume
