Na, have one. Not worth it. Just a lot of hassle. Low quality steel, lousy hardening.

No all steels were of very low quality compared to todays standards, hardening even worse. Picking up any of the old Mauser actions is like dipping into a lucky bag. If one wants quality one needs to look elsewhere.
