That was my initial thought.
Just goes to show how OTT our obsession with hygiene can be at times.
I can recall my kids being similarly involved in cutting up pigs in the kitchen. They've all grown up very fit, with a healthy appreciation of where their food comes from and what's involved in producing it.
I've had to say goodbye to all that fun and games since registering as a food business to process venison, and begin to take things a little more seriously.
