Problem uploading pictures

Never had issues before, the box comes up which allows you to choose an image but no files appear. Does not work on either laptop I pad or I phone. I have not changed any of my settings and it is set up correctly on the SD settings. Any ideas?

Have you clicked on the 'browse' button when that box is open?

Is the 'From computer' or 'from URL' box highlighted?

From URL is there and the list of other formats but nothing is in the URL box.
