Hi folks,

We hope everyone is keeping well.

For anyone interested, we have made a YouTube video on the tech & main features of the PSE Evolution stock. Feel free to give it a watch and as always, please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions!

Thanks & Regards,
The PSE Team

Just wondering would it be possible to build one of these with a vertical grip or would that be a total pain?

Love the look of this stock.

At the beginning I was a bit sceptical of the carbon on view.

I couldn't help myself when 1 came up for sale, and had it sent to @Ronin.
When he says it's good, you know your on to a winner.

At the moment it would mean a new mould. We hope to work on an E-Tac version as the next step which will have the larger straighter pistol grip. The longer term tests we and others have done with the Evolution seem show that the accuracy is on par with the same rifle from an E-Tac. Our tests included 22-250 right up to 300WM with 208gr at 2800fps. Results and shooting behaviour are well above what I had expected. Snowy Mountain Rifles in Montana had similar results and use one Evo as a rifle test bed.

You say you are going to work on the E-Tac does that mean you will be using the external carbon fibre pattern?

If this is the case put me down for the first one please. As you know I’m already pimping my current E-Tac all over the internet my my Mrs has laid claim to it so another is needed 😁 (yes I’ve let go of my sako dream 🤣)

The lads at PSE are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Eddy gave me good advice on several occasions. Unfortunately I don't have the Evolution stock but I did upgrade my Tikka T3x with their Hunter stock and am well pleased so far... IMG_20241019_091705.webp

@PSE Rifle Stocks you would be in a rare club indeed if you were to produce stocks inletted for the Mauser M12 Impact action. How about it?
Not a good long term investment I fear, not many sold and m12 coming toward EOL status.

I would like to see different barrel channel contours options. The wide channel, excessively wide IMHO, for light and sporter barrels, is the one thing that would stop me.

PSE do offer different barrel channel contour options within the Evolution range - trust me!

Yes, the plan is a new E-Tac model in the same tech as the Evo. So a visual carbon option. Still in early development stages now so we don’t have a release date yet.

Thank you. Certainly nothing wrong with the Hunter range, several pro hunters still swear by it. Enjoy your PSE
