Question on the proposed lead ban laws - minimum requirement for Roe deer (only) in Scotland

Apologies if I'm regurgitating what is already a much discussed topic...
However, I'm still left wondering about what the minimum requirement will be for Roe deer only - based on the proposed non-lead legislation in Scotland.

So my question is, will I be able to shoot Roe deer in Scotland using 60 - 70gr copper bullets in my .243?
Reason I ask is that my .243 rifle has a 1 in 12 twist rate & prefers lighter bullets.

You can already do that for roe only. Minimum 80gr for larger species

In Scotland the min bullet weight fir Roe has always been and will remain 50gr. You also need exceed a min muzzle velocity of 2,450 fps and min muzzle energy of 1,000 ft lbs.
