Quick load help please

Hi folks, wondering if anyone with quick load could help with a recipe for my .284 win
My Mac won’t run QL and I’m a computer idiot


wanting data for 120gr nosler ballistics tips
And 140gr nosler ballistic tips

using n160
Or h4831sc

my Winchester brass has 67.8 grain h20 capacity
Using cci magnum primers

oal of 140s is 3.1275
Oal of 120s is 2.9950

24” 5r barrel
1-9 twist

P.s thanks for any help, I do have all the manufacturers data already, understanding the safety aspects reloading, but I’m sure I can get more out of the 4831 and I have quite a stock of it
