RCBS 10/10 help

Hello all, I was hoping someone may be able to help me.
I have a RCBS 10/10 scale which is playing up. I can zero it fine, but everything I put in the scale weighs in 5-6 grains lighter than it should do.

I have already spoken with RCBS and they kindly sent me two new nylon pivots which I changed but no fix. The beam arm is straight, moves freely and there is nothing interfering with the magnetic damper.

Everyone I show it to is as stumped as am I!

Any ideas greatfully received!

Show us a picture of the zeroed scale and one with something like 10 gn on it please.
Make sure that the weights and scale arms are well visible.

How old is it? Has it ever worked ok? What are you comparing it against? A calibration weight?
Quite old as bought 2nd hand and believe it worked fine before. I've checked it against a 250gn weight (which was weighed on a separate scale to confirm) 👍

Is the weight in the pan holder correct? I occasionally have an issue with my 505 scales, normally after a long period of inactivity, usually a clean off of all surfaces with a soft paint brush cure the problem
