Rear dew claw removal.

1 connected, 1 not connected. That was my wifes first reaction... "can't they just be banded like a lambs tail" :lol::lol::lol:
Only ever had one dew claw removed . It was a dangler (none connected ) I note most vets don't do them now unless defective or injured . Was common to just lop them off when I got my first done in the 80s for reasons of the detached one the dog had . Progressive vet of the day said leave tge rest ,
 
The law states any non essential surgery cannot be carried out by a lay man but life saving ,heavy blood loss can be dealt with with impunity .Surgical staples should be carried ,owned by every working dog owner and the owner made aware how to use them .
