Just got my renewal paperwork through from Northumbria it looks all new, a big pack. It looks like they've reinterpreted the old form and made up their own. For example there isn't a box to give sample permission information of a landowner it's just mentioned in the guidance notes. Historically I was under the impression that the form was standardised nationally to stop this sort of thing.

It is still a standard form as produced by the home office.

The last form I got had errors on it, like being told to complete page 8 when the actual questions were on page 6 (thats an example, can't recall the exact pages), make a brew and have a read through before putting pen to paper, I'm about to put a variation in
