Watched Robbo last week. He certainly has got an efficient setup - he made sheepskin lined fibre glass scabbards himself?

Pretty handy to that.

Is he based in NT?

Sorry mate, have no details on how he did it. AFAIK he's based in Victoria. All the vids seem to be from central Vic and the Highlands (Samba country)

There's always that option, make the moulds and take them to a fibreglass factory to have it produced. We used to do this with truck headboards, not as expensive as you may think.
