I had seen it on a site, then couldn't find it again until I read a book by it's inventor, found the maker and ordered it from the states. It seems like an awkward idea, but if you are shooting offhand, and (like me) find sticks noisy and a pain, it massively improves your stability standing, kneeling or sitting.
