Rigby .275 Highland Stalker FOR SALE

This is the hardly-used Rigby .275 Highland Stalker that I bought as-new in late-2018. Its stock is unmarked Grade 8 walnut in "Norfolk Best" oiled finish and is fitted with a leather covered pad. A Spartan classic gunsmith adaptor has been fitted with the approval of Rigby.

It is being sold fitted with a choice of moderator - either a Lawrence Precision titanium unit or a Rigby brand c/w a leather pouch - and a Ziegler quick-release scope mount system with 30mm rings.

My family talked me out of selling this earlier, but I'm not getting any younger and the gun has still fired fewer than 200 rounds since new. So I would rather it now went to someone who will enjoy it and who will be able to use it properly.

Price new today in Rigby's 'configurator' is slightly over £16,000 incl VAT. My price as described and shown here is £7,500.

More photos etc, are here:

Fads and fashions will change with the seasons but beauty is forever timeless.

That is something very special indeed...

You could rent that rifle out for deer stalking photo shoots. Absolutely iconic, the marbling in the walnut is a thing to behold. I would absolutely love it. But I’m afraid I’d be just handling and hand rubbing oil into it. Pure Gun porn. That rifle deserves someone who will use it, care for it.

That's an idea!
If @Old-YOP wants to rent it out for photos, I've got a cape buffalo head I could hire out too!

Absolutely stunning rifle, its nice to see that british gun makers can still make works of art that others create as tools.

Thank you Gents, I really appreciate all of those comments.

And now if you wouldn't mind making an introduction to that uber-wealthy guy you meet on shoots from time to time, I can get this gun sold and get on with listing the next one in the cabinet (a long-range .223 in an MDT chassis).

Ta :)
