Roe buck what are these?

Thanks for that guys ive seen them before but not this many and not that colour, thanks for cleqrimg that up for me appreciate it 👍
 
@Charlie just a thought, but as this comes up once a month, could this thread be made a sticky with a title ‘Dark red internal nodes’. May assist people and prevent the same thing being asked so often.

A good idea - a sticky of the most common issues(/non-issues) is on my to-do list even if it is just a couple of pictures of things like these or fluke with the relevant term to get people's investigations started.

What should we add to the list?

Bovine TB photos most certainly as thankfully, most of us do not regularly encounter them 👍

Sure @WW. @Buchan et al will probably be well-placed to advise.

Happy to assist where I can. Suspect there are at least a couple of other vets on here besides us two based on some of the posts. Initially I'd say have.
1. Example of 'normal'
2. Odd/unusual stuff that's normal
3. Diseases. First and foremost TB. Various parasites. Joint diseases. Enlarged lymph nodes. Abscesses. Old wounds.

TBH good start is found in the DSC handbook- it's not perfect but is a good start.
