Afternoon folls, had this roe ping my camera earlier. Its in a deer fenced area but looks a bit knackered looking at the coat. Hopefully catch up with it shortly. Anyone seen similar?

Updated . It has now been shot. No issues with liver or lymphs. It has very few teeth but looks in good condition given the ammount of meat on it. It had a rip in its ear so not sure if its had a run in with another buck. Only 1 tick on it.

I had a fallow pricket that lost a large area of hair for no apparent reason. No visible ectoparasite burden or lesions.
Carcass was fine.

Its an interesting one, the skin looks in good condition with no hair on it no irritation or even scratches from squeezing between something.
My first thought was he been jumping at fence repeatedly trying to escape plantation, ive watch Roe almost go into hypnosis walking a fence line they stuck behind.
Might be worth walking plantation to see if there are any remnants of the missing hair.

I once had a roe buck about this time of year looked in good condition when shot it was neck shot ,by the time I'd dragged it back too the mule it had a big patch of fur missing so I played more attention to it couldn't find anything wrong at all but I could pluck the fur from it quite easily to a degree, looks quite similar?
