Got a good one for the Barnes 110gr TTSX using N135 Vhit (3143 m/s) if you are interested (Tikka t3X 20").I feel your pain. I'm down to my last few ounces of H4831. I've a couple of hundred loaded rounds, but once they're gone it'll be time for a new load for the .270
Thanks mate. I've hundreds of 130 Gamekings to use up though, and I like to keep the speed down to around 2800. Appreciate the offer thoughGot a good one for the Barnes 110gr TTSX using N135 Vhit (3143 m/s) if you are interested (Tikka t3X 20").

Maybe so, but it's not as though we sprinkle it on our chips, is it?Well getting Cancer is a big deal to most folks . There are a fair few more modern powders on the shelves now
Naw we save that for leadMaybe so, but it's not as though we sprinkle it on our chips, is it?
There is no problem in switching as i already have n140-n150 but this load just works and the original post was meant with tongue in cheek but that seemed to go astrayThankfully the REACH regulations have prohibited a number of toxic chemicals that are harmful to human health from being imported and sold.
In terms of powders these are mostly American ones developed 60 odd years ago.
Fortunately there are very good powders such as Vihtavouri and Reload Swiss. Many of these produce exceptional accuracy so much so that are favoured by world championship level shooters, and within their ranges are powders suited for every cartridge.
Yes you might have work up a new load, but other than that what really is the problem of switching?
show offMy current stash. For my 6mm BRA.
Chips that cant be cooked too brown because of the cancer riskMaybe so, but it's not as though we sprinkle it on our chips, is it?
As with lead ammunition, an entirely fabricated harm to human health. Especially given that lead whichnisn't used for ammunition is magically considered not to be so toxic.Thankfully the REACH regulations have prohibited a number of toxic chemicals that are harmful to human health from being imported and sold.
What an uncanny coincidence! In terms of powders these are mostly American ones
