It's always worth looking on the powder and bullet manufacturers own websites as well for load data. The CX is a new bullet from Hornady, their previous all copper bullet was the GMX which has now been discontinued. There is probably as much data on the CX as the GMX, but I would use the 80gn GMX data as a starting point. The CX is an updated bullet, still pretty much to same design but improved cannelure (round edged as opposed to square) and better tip design to improve expansion.
With a copper bullet load them to standard length, don't bother trying to load them as close to the lands as possible - copper bullets like a run up before they hit the rifling.
