Looking to sell my Sako 85 in 6.5x55, the gun has been a joy to use but I bought a kipplauf and I use that for everything now so it’s seems a shame to leave it stuck in my safe.
I don’t feel like I need to sell anyone on the old swede as the fact it’s still going strong after nigh on 130 years should do that for itself. I’ve shot all UK species with this rifle and calibre combination and never felt undergunned. The rifle itself likes fox ammo 127Gr copper monolithic bullets (some of which will come with the rifle) and PPU 156gr round noses.
I have a homeload with sierra 130 TGKs which also shoots better than I do.
I have stripped the stock of the “soft touch” finish as it was going sticky so no problems there. Come with a DPT mod and Pic rail.
Looking for £650 ONO.
