Salmond v Sturgeon

The reason our politicians are able to get away with being venal, self-serving, hypocritical serial incompetents, is that voters are lazy fools. And I in no way exempt myself from that.

All getting a bit HBO now!

Just out of interest, who is going to be paying the legal fees in all this? Scottish tax-payers? UK tax-payers? Or SNP party funds, because lets face it, this has nothing to do with any alleged offence committed by someone in public office. The alleged offence itself is so trivial it would never normally have made it to court anyway. This is about internal power-play within the SNP. It's their spat and they should pick up the bill.

I think we can all guess the answer to that one Finch! Nope.....the tax payer will pick up the tab for this and any ensuing legal action that may or may not follow. Just in the same way that we will pay for the "legal coaching" the highly professional (sic) civil servants received before they were called as witnesses. And just in the same way we will pay for the £20m plus that was paid out for malicious prosecution of the Rangers FC liquidators....... and the £200m for two ferries that haven't been built yet........ and these are the dross politicians who continue to tell us that Independence is the answer to everything.

One doesn’t have to look too far for the best quote about the Holyrood ratpack, indeed it comes from a certain well-known glaswegian:-

“The desire to be a politician should bar you for life from ever becoming one.”.

Sir William “Big Yin” Connolly.

Now they’re starting to get to the heart of the matter. I still don’t have much faith in this inquiry, though. Too many of the members of the committee appear to be doing all they can to protect Sturgeon

Is that the same one that voted yes in the last referendum but now lives in Florida, or the other great Scottish export, Sean Connery who voted to split the union from his private island in the Caribbean? If they want to go let um, just cut all funding and close the boarders.
I once nearly started a fight between a couple of close mates, one from Newcastle, the other from Scotland, I asked them when you kick the SH1t back over Adrian's Wall, which side does it land. It was funny at the time. all friends again now.

Until the people lose their my dad voted for them so I'm voting for them mentality and see the disaster they've made of education and the economy Scotland is stuck .
The Northern red wall crumbled here because of the nightmare called Corbyn and his stalinist cronies so hopefully Salmongate will open some eyes .
After all the main protagonists in this affair are Krankie and her husband so heres hoping the truth will out.
But no I'm not holding my breath.

The very same! Having said that and politics aside, if I was a very rich man and had the choice of UK weather or Florida I think I would by now have a very nice tan!
