San Francisco Shooting Hunting Shops

Hi

I am heading to San Fran tomorrow with work and will have a bit of time off whilst i'm out there. Can anyone recommend any hunting/shooting supply shops in the area?

Bass Pro / Cabelas are building a store in San Jose but I have no idea how it is going.

I've been to a few of these.

Just remember it's not known as "the Land of Fruits and Nuts" for no reason. The State of Kalifornia is almost rabidly anti gun.

Been there several times, last time 2 years back. There is a bass pro shop outside Frisco. Nothing else worth worrying about shop wise in the city.

As I recall, the closest Bass Pro is about 70 miles E of the city. Monsano(?) rings a bell.

Thanks for the tips guys, I do get the impression it is a bit on the anti side, last trip over was to Florida, they saw me as a charity case she to being from the uk and wanted to make sure I got to shoot some proper guns!
