I sent an email to Schmidt and Bender yesterday asking if I could buy replacement bikini covers for my scope. I received confirmation today that they will be sent from Germany free of charge.

Yup. But, very positively, they rectified a fleck inside the tube and serviced my PMII FOC (even though it was outside their warranty period). Only cost me postage out to Germany. Very obliging and friendly team

Can’t fault S&B customer service. Have gotten dial covers sent a few times and a replacement rubber ring for the eye piece. Even when I’ve asked for a link where to purchase they just ask for an address and send out.
Tried the same with zeiss and they were more than happy to send a link to pay for a replacement lol.
May 2023. Sent it back with Parcel Force (bit nervous…) Got a quote to “fix” the scope for £350 but told by a lovely lady at another S&B dept to ignore it and that quoting for work was a formality(?) Anyway, they were great, despite the palaver of Brexit. I originally tried getting it fixed via Macleod (who I originally purchased scope) but Brexit red tape made it more cost effective to deal directly
