Scotch recommendations

A very kind gentleman in Germany has visited his local council office to sort out my Jagdshein off their own back and removed quite a bit of pain from my upcoming trip. They're quite partial to scotch and I think they've more than earned a bottle from me, so I need recommendations for a good bottle of scotch without peat or smoke please.

Cragganmore is quite pleasant. Or if they want something with a bit more oomph, glenfarclas 105 would do.

Bladnoch Distillery’s Vinaya - a really lovely single malt.

Anything Speyside for my money. Glenmorangie is a fairly safe bet. Either the Quinta Ruben, or the Portwood finish would be my choice.

Can you post your budget? single malt or a blend?

I would recommend anything by glenallachie. Independent distillers in speyside, soft but a classic sherried speyside style malt. Very drinkable. Not offensive or harsh. Very underrated malt. Good cost spectrum of choice. Yet to have a bad one and I’ve been working my way through a fair few.

Aberlour was my first ever malt....still enjoy it ..
A Tamnavulin or a Singleton is good

There`s nothing much better in design as a deerhunter than having a stags head logo on bottle.....the contents are excellent also.
Its a deerhunter thing....Ed Landseer`s MOTG runs a close second.

Glenrothes if you can find any, it used to be the finishing malt put into blends, very drinkable and doesn't rip your throat out.
Ignore everything I said I've just JFGI and the price of them is through the roof and bought a tear at the price of what I have drunk, what an investment down the throat.
