Hornet I'll ask this. What actual, real, meaningful "freedom" have I got? The freedom to live permanently or work in the USA? In Australia? Or elsewhere that we'll be doing supposed Free Trade deals with? The only, sole, meaningful freedom you or I actually directly have is to choose my weekly lottery numbers and, if I wish, live permanently or work in the other EU Member States. On mere production of my passport.
I don't do trade deals, nor import goods on a commercial basis, nor deal in financial services. I'm a mug punter and that...as Rees-Mogg says...I'll be paying less for tropical fruit...kumquats and avocado...after Brexit I couldn't care less about. Be sure that anyone that thinks Farage has seen you or I as anything other than electoral fodder to get him a 78K per annum EU pension is fooling themselves.
I also know is that the European Court for all it faults also protected my rights in terms of employment and consumer rights against a succession of UK Governments...usually the friends and forbears of the same Rees-Mogg that would seek to take them away if it could in order to give tax breaks to spivs or use my taxpayer's money...usually friends and forbears of Corbyn...to obsolete UK industries.
And to be equally tongue in cheek if it suits you though, please feel free to go an live in the People's Republic of Jeremy's Camden or run through the fields of standing corn with Theresa scattering banknotes of British taxpayers money, like confetti, over Arlene Foster. Me? No I'd rather have my freedom not to be "in hock" or in thrall to either Sinn Fein or the DUP. And that freedom, for me, is with the UK in the EU.
