Firstly I'd like to thank caorach before I post my results. It has made me realise a few things and has given me some new tears resolutions.
1. Finish my reloading development on my .243
2. Practise more, which therefore means shoot more
My shooting was taken firstly at 100m using a single stick in the kneeling position
My second group of shots were taken at 300m once again using a single stick seated but jammed up tight against a hedge
The first group is the one on the right and the second on the left.
I am using hand loads 85grain HPBT and 36grain Varget. Seated 15 thou from the lands. I think from the results that the load is too mild. From what I have read I can go to 37.5 or 38 grains, so I have a little to play with.
