Stutzens make delightful truck guns. Just remember to unload before slipping along side your favourite FCS Ranger and while unwinding the vehicle window for those exiting off-the-door snap-shots as one proceeds to the next stalk.

This one has been with Emma Rifles for a while? I actually considered it prior to finding my Husqvarna. I had a hell of a job finding a Stutzen, but they are out there. You might be able to cut a deal on this one? I generally find Emma Rifles are pretty 'optimistic' with their prices at the best of times . . .

Here's a classic MS 1903 stutzen in 6.5 X 54 some 45 years ago. And the take down, same calibre now.

Love mine. Steyr Mannlicher Classic M in 7x64. Great all rounder (stalking/driven for all European species). Pretty and accurate despite short barrel (50cm!).

Sako for sale on gun trader, needs new barrel. Some look at one rifle for everything, I look at a Stutzen and want one.
