Suitable larder fridge

I've found one of these Hi Sense fridge for sale at a good price. Would it be suitable for a carcass? On the online description of it it says "Its Multi-Air Flow tech evenly moves cold air around to make sure there’s no pesky warm spots spoiling your groceries."

I'm hoping because of that i wouldn't need to add any extra fans or ventilation?

Obviously would have to add a rail to it
