Thread got me googling.
There is the Rokon, which has a specific version designed for hunters. Been around for a long time - Rokon For Hunters. US design and quite expensive. Not sure if in UK.
However there is a 2x2 electric bike designed for offroad exploration / farmers etc.

These are about £5k
But there also plenty of fat tired offroad load carrying ebikes with nobbly tyres in £1k to £2k range that will tow an offroad trailer which may well do the job.
I think these days Electric will give you range without all the mess, smell and noise of a petrol engined bike.

Diesel bike, plus side is almost bulletproof with
lots of torque. Downside is you will really struggle pushstarting it, it's alot heavier (could be a plus on flat ground) than a petrol , very niche so parts will be fun to find. Personally unless ground is pretty flat I'd avoid enything less than a 500. But learn to ride a 2 wheel off-road first.
I take your point but as a confirmed non biker I see the choice as being what’s more dangerous a bayonet or a machete

I've been using off-road bikes for years.....trials bikes mostly.....sherco, gas gas, montesa.....then I got the rs 125 when I was barley 17...... good times

Might you not be able to pick up a decent used quad for less, and arrange to store it at or near your more recently acquired more remote/taxing terrain?
He's not making they look easy. And he's not on very rough ground. Looks cool tho.

if you cant keep store a quad .. get a capstan winch and 300m of rope
get carcass to where you can get it to a truck.....
failing that dont pull trigger unless you can
or if your keeping for own consumption / not going to a game dealers.... do it yank style and cut into primals insitu and back pack it out in 4 or 5 walks
