And me viz a 350 Bultaco Sherpa, anyone remember world champion (trials) Bernie Shreiber, rode against him in the Dunlop Trophy back in the 70’s... unbelievable that this knackered body did that ****.

Bultaco 350 ! I had an Ossa 250 Mick Andrews Replica in the late 70’s and my mate had a Bultaco Sherpa 250. He traded it in for a 325 Sherpa ?? And I rode it. Frightened the life out of me. So much more grunt than the 250’s I was used to.
I also ran a section on the Scott Trial for 3 years and saw all of the gang who did that until 1981. The Lampkin brothers were always there along with other big names that I cannot recall now ….

a mate had a TY175 then a SWM, I had a Fantic 200 and he got the 250 forward kick start and a beast compared to the 200, the days of twin shocks.

It weights 76kg has 8 inch wide tryres, the engine is powerful enough to pull an artic on the road, so with a mat I should be able to drag an 80+kg beast........It's got a lifan 212cc engine, 7.5hp with automatic transmission, does about 35mph, the engine is a clone of the Honda GX 200 and the parts are interchangeable or if the engine packs in it can easily be replaced, these Honda GX engines are reliable and very common

Looks good how much was it?

I'll be securing these ammo cans to either side of the rear chassis for storing rope, hooks and bits and pieces...... Will also be securing mounts the front and rear to hold the shooting sticks
