There are so many complaints about bad service, that it seems absolutely necessary to report good customer service.
I lost the battery cover for my Zeiss V6 on Sunday. I contacted Zeiss by email on Monday. They put me in touch with East Coast Binocular Repairs , whom I contacted on Tuesday. Post arrived this morning(Thursday) with a new cover, with compliments.
Thank you Zeiss customer service and thank you East Coast Binocular Repairs.
