Mine in fine being machine washed on a wool setting and drying as per all my other garb.....never had any issues, no need for leaving it it he snow overnight either.........

I've got a heap of Swanni kit and it all goes in the washing machine with everything else on the 40 or 50 degree setting, the one thing that you mustn't do is tumble dry it.

I catch a sheep before work, pull the swanni over its head, front legs in the arms. Catch it again at the end of the day and remove it and bobs your uncle, its as good as new.

We stopped selling Swanndri a few years ago because of quality and supply issues. As far as we are aware they are now made in China and were bought out by a fashion house.
We now sell our own brand, from customer feed back it's ten times better and completely made in The UK.

I think that RogerH is referring to Bison Bushcraft. I have one of his guide shirts which I like very much. (I think that Bruce Potts wrote a very positive review on them and said the was moving over to their Guide Shirts from Swanndri)

I wear a Country Covers Rainshield over the Guide Shirt if it is wet.
