Thermal add on adapters

Just looking for some help. I have a pulsar krypton 2 and am looking at mounting it on my Z6i 3-18x50p. The outside of the objective lens is 56mm so do I just need to order a rusan 56mm adapter. Is it that easy? Or which adapter is best ?

yes 56 will do you . I often go 2mm bigger and use a bit of black electrical tape under it so it gives me more options to use the adapter on other scopes aswell

Have a look on Rusan’s website, they’re very specific.

I’ve got a few and the work really well, but that’s because the tolerances are far tighter than the standard adapter.

They do publish a list of common scopes and the correct size adapter.

Not sure I would go that route with a Rusan adapter, they are very tight tolerance and absolutely reliable return to alignment if you get the correct one for your day scope.

I have 5 adapters all like that . they are perfectly tight on the scope and return to zero perfectly on all rifles

3 shots 100 yards taking the thermal off and back on after every shot

then the locking ring i have glued and taped in position to the thermal device so nothing can ever come loose . as that locking ring can be prone to coming loose

If you have 5 different adaptors/scopes why not just get the correct one for your scopes in the first place ?

because I have several other rifles/ scopes they can be used on if need be

just checked them, 3 of them have tape 2 of them dont
