Thermal Monocular Decision?

Said it before but will say it again - a thermal spotter transforms your detection rates - day and night, regardless of quarry. I was a latecomer to thermal but will never, like never, go out again without it. The number of daylight foxes I have seen and shot which I would never have known were even tucked in watching me makes it worthwhile alone - I never realised just how clever foxes are until I got my Pulsar 35 - an education in many ways.
From what I see there is not much between the many varieties of thermal, some will have greater range, clarity or even more (unnecessary) bells and whistles but they will all do the initial detection job you need, personally I wouldn’t go below 35mm but your bins and mark 1 eyeballs should always be the final decision makers before taking the shot…

Out of the telos range, which one would have the best picture in challenging conditions. Xg, xp, or xl. I know the xl isn't available at the moment but dose anyone have an idea

In chalenging conditions XP with NETD 18 and 17μm for sure.
XG will give more detail and longer range.
But just consider price for XP and XG version and you will see which one is better.
