Third Party dog insurance

We don't insure our dog for vet/medical issues, does anyone insure themselves against any third party claim that may arise involving their dog?

Public liability, could well be covered under home insurance

I use Dogs Trust for about £30 a year.

Over here our NARGC insurance covers our dogs 3rd party as long as they have their dog license

Nice one! just had a look and seems quite good, it's SWIMBO who's twitchy and a bit risk averse!!

It's probably a good idea as I expect a lot of dogs cause accidents or damage not just through bad behaviour or being aggressive so saves you having to fork out should the worst happen.
