I don’t think there's a lack of respect shown there.And with full traceability and temperature control!?
I like seeing venison in mainstream outlets but not like this. No one would rush to buy a whole lamb if it was lying there in its fleece, half the guts still in it and no where near a fridge. Why do we think it’s “quaint” to see deer handled with such little respect??
Other things may be lacking, certainly.
