Whats the best tool to buy? Must have had 300 ticks on my clothes at the weekend none got to me but one will and I guess it best to be prepared!

I get them on me regularly and find best thing is tweezers. Because they are so small it seems the only thing to actually move them completely

O'tom tick twister as above... I usually buy a few packets a time and leave them around in various places... Car, bathroom, first aid box... They're cheap enough to buy a few so atleast if you do lose one, you have another to fall back on. Sods law says the second you need one, it will be nowhere to be seen

Tick twister as above, used them to pull one off my leg a few days ago,and one from the dog this evening, handy to have!

I also use permethrin . Like you say 99%
of the time, but not always.

We use the tick twisters. Permethrin is also good, but can't treat the cats with it. Had a BDS card, but twister is easier for me. Cheap and effective.
