Tikka and Sako Barrels.

Hi.
Does anyone know how Tikka and Sako chamber their barrels?

Do they use the full profile mandrel and form the chamber at the same time as the rifling is hammer forged? Or do they use a reamer and cut the chamber in traditional way?

Many thanks.

They look reamed

No matter how bendy the barrel - they do appear to shoot well

Typically hammer forged barrels use a mandrel that gives an undersized chamber, which is then finished with a standard reamer. This is to ensure the chamber is concentric to the bore.
