Tikka T3 stainless lite?

I have to say it all sounds like a load of cobblers to me and appears as if the users are as much if not more to blame as any apparent defect in the trigger. You have to ask what these people are doing pointing firearms at people in the first place whilst tinkering with safeties. Muzzle awareness is everything.

Hmmm I wonder why Remington has paid money out for claims that are a load of cobblers?

Now I don't care if you believe it or not that's up to you. I however keep a watchful eye on anyone near me with a Remington Model 7, 700 or 600.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I suspect that knowing the Yanks if a shooter had a negligent discharge as a lot of those reports appear to be they would be quick to get a barrister on the case and it would seem that in the cases cited the shooters' barristers were better than those fielded by Remington.

The 700 is one of the most popular and iconic rifle designs of the 20th Century alongside Mauser 98 and the Wincheter 70 and are battle proven to boot. I for one wouldn't be without mine. If there was a serious issue with triggers Remington would have sorted it if they felt a need to in order to avoid litigation.

Regards,

Tim
